HOW CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE PERFORMANCES OR GAMES FOR THE SAME EVENT?

Unfortunately, you can't. You are, however, able to take past orders and modify those, saving time. Your very first order will require you to build all the individual tickets for each performance, game or event. 

Once you have established an order history,  you can do this, if you are ordering the same style as the previous order. 

STEP 1:

Log in:  https://onlinestore.worldwideticketcraft.com/login

 

STEP 2:

Go to History (At the top of the page next to My Account)

Enter the start date and click Apply Filters

Find the order number that you want to edit the date

Click on View Details to verify you have the correct design

Click Reorder

STEP 3:

 

You should now be on the Shopping Cart page with all of the items from that previous order in your cart

Scroll down to the first ticket and click on the pencil icon

Enter the correct number of tickets (if it needs to change)

Select the Shipping Address (if it needs to change)

Scroll down and click on the Green Customize Order button

STEP 4:

 

Edit your text and redesign your ticket

Click Approve/Checkout when you’re done

Accept Conditions and click Continue

At this point the revised ticket is now in your shopping cart.

You’re done with Show #1!

NEXT STEPS

Now that you have modified the first show, repeat the steps above for other items in your cart. 
If you need to add more performances or games than the original order has or if you want to change the ticket type or select a ticket from another category, you will have to design those from scratch.
