If you have ordered reserved-seating tickets from us in the past, and you might be gearing up for new productions this year for which you plan to order new tickets!
Here are some important reminders to help you save time:
- We require all seating charts to be submitted in an Excel format with reserved-seating ticket orders; not PDFs or JPGs.
- If case you are unfamiliar with the format, please download a sample seating chart to serve as a guide.
- If you have placed orders with us in the past, we may have your previous seating chart saved under your school or studio name; we save seating charts by customer name, not venue name.
Bear in mind that we have had some software changes and ownership changes, and sometimes data is lost in the various migrations over the last several years.
If you think we should have your past seating chart on file and wish to check, you can do so by emailing Steve Peterson, e-Commerce Client Specialist, at speterson@wwlinc.com; please provide your customer number and past Web Order number, if possible.
If it has been a while since you placed an order with us for reserved-seating tickets, you might consider if your venue has undergone any renovations since your last performance.
If the seating in the venue has changed, you plan to use a different seating configuration from your last order, or you have switched to a completely new venue, we will need to send us a new seating chart for your current order.
If you do not have a seating chart in the Excel format and wish us to program the seating chart for you, we can help; there will be an additional $125.00 programming fee added to your ticket order.
