Order History

How do I find my order history?

  1. Please Login. (Alternately, you may copy and paste the following url into your browser: https://onlinestore.worldwideticketcraft.com/login )
  2. Navigate to the top of the page (above the shopping cart) that says "History"
  3. Enter 1/1/2017 in the "Start Date" field.
  4. Click "Apply Filters"
  5. The result will include any online order placed under your current online account. 

Why is my order not showing in the results?

  • You may have ordered under another online account.
  • Any order before 2014 will not be shown.
  • It may be possible you ordered by phone.

How do I reorder a custom product with changes?

Follow steps 1-5 above.

6. Click "Reorder" on the order you want to edit. This will add the items to your shopping cart. (It will not place the order.)

7. Go to the Shopping Cart and click the pencil icon of the product you want to edit.

8. Verify the quantity is correct, select the "Ship To" address and click "Customize"

9. Make changes and click the green checkmark icon to approve.

10. Proceed to checkout.
